MSN transport upgraded

I've upgraded the MSN transport (well, moved from the C based msn-transport to PyMSNt) which should hopefully make for a more reliable MSN service. It's also added the ability to do file transfers and see avatars for MSN contacts. Let me know if you see any issues. J. -- Web [ "Say! Outage last night

Apologies for the outage last night; the provider hosting the machine performed a planned switch replacement and then appears to have got confused. Their automated script decided the machine was using IP addresses that weren't allocated to it and turned off the switch port. Should all be back and functioning normally now. J. -- I don't know. I'm a dog.
