Of course, the more long-time GNU/Linux users among us have trouble remembering what seemed particularly important to be able to do on the Mac/Windows systems we may have used before. How about opening this out into a challenge:

Q - Got a task you don't know how to do under GNU/Linux?

A - Ask ALUG!
