The schema upgrade 9_to_10 (at least) does not work with PostgreSQL 7.4 - it seems to rely on functionality only in 8.

Is anyone on the list currently using PostgreSQL 7.4 with Wiki::Toolkit and likely to run into this issue in future?

quite frankly anyone who is using 7.4 needs an excuse to go to 8
