I made this recipe up one morning when I'd decided to have a banana and avocado breakfast to be healthy, but discovered that the avocados were rock-hard. It's a nice way of jazzing up an all-fruit breakfast.
Serves 1
1. Mash one of the bananas very well with lemon juice to taste. Add water if needed to make a smooth thick sauce. Mix in ground cinnamon to taste.
2. Chop the other bananas and mix with the sauce. Can be garnished with a little more cinnamon sprinkled on top, or chopped or ground nuts if liked.
