I have suggested a swim for this section of the Thames on the Facebook discussion board. It may be too far from Reading for some RATS but I thought I'd bring it to your attention. I hope there'll be a good response, if it's not too late in the season for a slightly longer swim - though as you will see if you read my posting it can be shortened to fit your endurance (or lengthened).
