The name of this spice mix simply means "five spices". The following recipe is possibly from a Pat Chapman book, but I can't remember. The most difficult of these spices to find are the onion and mustard seeds; in a pinch, you can just leave them out. The dish will taste different, but probably still good.
Makes 3 tbsp
1. Mix it all together.
