A Creamy, Spicy, Vegan Dip

I had a guacamole craving, and a ripe avocado, so I wandered downstairs... and the avocado had gone bad! However, I had a tub of soya cream cheese in the fridge that tasted a bit... not good. There are good soya cream cheeses (I like Kallo brand very much), but this wasn't one of them. So, it's been hanging around for a while waiting for me to do something to hide the taste a bit. I mixed it with some hot salsa from a jar (Sainsbury's brand), some fresh lemon juice, some squeezy pureed garlic from a tube and some chopped (well, snipped with scissors) fresh coriander (cilantro) and mixed it up well. It was really tasty. I ate it with some tortilla chips and a glass of cold cider.
