Hi All,

Do we have a consensus? I don't know the area so can't help so just need to
know where and when to turn up!

Cheers

I'm not making a decision here that we should do the Sonning swim - but for
everyone's consideration, here is info about that route.
What are the other hot contenders, if any? Ooh and I'll ask this on Facebook
too, I don't know how many have joined this email list yet!
cheers,
Helen

Sonning to St Patrick's stream: starts outside the French Horn pub (some
free parking spaces are available opposite the pub): swimming towards St
Patrick's Stream, near Shiplake.

Here's the French Horn: the blue squiggle shows where there are some free
parking spaces, the yellow squiggle shows where we can enter the water.

For sat-navs, the postcode of the French Horn is: RG4 6TN

Please note that OSS RATS exists to put swimmers in touch with other
swimmers, not to organise swim events or in any way suggest that outdoor
swimming is a safe activity or that you should go swimming. If you choose to
swim you do so entirely at your own risk and on your own initiative, and any
plans you make are your own responsibility.
