[OSS Oxon] Thames river conditions

A friend of mine, Joe Wass, has made a map of the river conditions in
the Thames:

Thought many of you might be interested, as it's a bit easier to see
what's happening in the Thames graphically, as compared to the
Environment Agency's page.
