Hi Michael

I'm frustrated I'm away this weekend as I've wanted to try the Evenlode for
a while as I live just down the road!
I reccy'd a bit last year and from memory decided I would try Part 2 on this
map, and if brave Part 1 - which is quite long

BUT: Two warnings:

1. This will be an adventure swim, not a pure swim. (Which I enjoy!) The
Evenlode before Bladon is narrow and shallow in places, so there may well be
walking, scambling and climbing over trees!
2. I couldn't see any exit points other than the Start 1, Start 2 and Finish
I have marked, and even Start 1 looks difficult!

Bob

PS Please do your own checking - the above is from memory and I remembered
it looked quite tricky.

Easier / safer / more tradiitonal alternative is the Thames. It passes
close at Eynsham. There a plenty of others on this group who know good
spots on that - 10 - 15 mins away.
