It won't, I'm afraid. I know it works with 8MB, and I know 0.2 would work in 6MB, but no lower (and 0.3 probably won't go that low). The problem is that the filesystem is loaded into memory, and takes up 2MB or so before any processes can run. If it were adapted to install to and run from a hard drive, it would probably be a very nice system for 4MB machines. This would be fairly easy to do, but I've no time to work on it at the moment.

Hi Martin and all, I FINALLY figured out how to make an "inverse" access point. i.e.- gets connected to wireless and shares it on local net. I am using Sisela 0.2. Basically I had to bring up both interfaces and then give one iptables command and enable ip forwarding for the kernel. Works slick. Right now I have a wireless card plugged into a pci sled card and a pci ethernet card. I wrote a script and named it boot.sh. Just apply power and a few moments later you are up and running.
