It won't, I'm afraid. I know it works with 8MB, and I know 0.2 would work in 6MB, but no lower (and 0.3 probably won't go that low).
The problem is that the filesystem is loaded into memory, and takes up 2MB or so before any processes can run.
If it were adapted to install to and run from a hard drive, it would probably be a very nice system for 4MB machines. This would be fairly easy to do, but I've no time to work on it at the moment.

There's no wireless scanning software in the current version.
