I have a fairly large contacts folder in MS Outlook 5 which I would dearly like to transfer over to my Linux box (seriously thinking of ditching MS Office for good here). I need the addresses etc in a format that the KDE address book can read. It can import *.wab files but Outlook won't export wab Outlook Express does but won't import from Outlook. Am I going to have to resort to csv text files or is their some other way. Indecently I have a Palm Vx with the data on synced from Outlook so if there is a way of syncing the palm with the KDE address book (kmail is my preferred mail client) I could do that. Distro is MDK 8.1 running KDE or Gnome and has the usual jpilot, kpilot and Gnome panel apps for syncing the Palm. Cheers, BJ
