MSN transport upgraded

I've upgraded the MSN transport (well, moved from the C based msn-transport to PyMSNt) which should hopefully make for a more reliable MSN service. It's also added the ability to do file transfers and see avatars for MSN contacts. Let me know if you see any issues. J. -- Web [ "Say!
