Fetchmail hack

This has been superseeded by Filtermail

I recently discovered that some people from Cambridge (in the UK not some fake Cambridge somewhere else :)) have put the Perl Regular Expression library into fetchmail for more or less the same purpose.
Their work can be found on all sunsite mirrors next to the fetchmail sources.
