[E3-hacking] Is it possible to install a Desktop Environment into E3 Linux

I guest it would be imposable, Has anyone got any ideas on how to show a gif on the E3 screen..?

I used to run KDE 1.x and GNOME 1.x and even Mozilla on a PC with 32MB of RAM. But that was ~15 years ago. I think modern Mozilla would refuse to run with that.
You could probably try to run some lightweight WMs like IceWM or something.

I don't know quite what sort of light you're thinking of using, but there is
no way the E3 has anything like enough RAM to run a "standard" Linux graphical
desktop environment.

The CPU may be slow, but without enough RAM you'll get nowhere.
