Is this for real?

Hi ya,
I just recieved the mail below and wonder if it is for real.
It certainly don't help me much because the attachment appears to be a 
.pif file.  I guess its something that 'runs' on Microsoft.   I don't 
use Microsoft.   My guess is its something nasty.
