[OSS Oxon] Thames swims recipes

Dear All who swim the Thames (this includes you, gentlemen)

 

I am compiling recipes for a recipe corner in the blog.  We wanted to include instructions for all the yummy goodies that people have been bringing to share.   Please let me have anything that you think we would like to include and, definitely, anything that has already been scoffed riverside.

 

To make it easier for me, please start with the list of ingredients, then an ordered set of instructions and oven temperature in degrees centigrade.  Weights in grams please.
