[OSS Oxon] Oxford swim September 16 and 18

There's a good swimming section upstream of Parson's Pleasure,
and it's easy to get out at Parson's Pleasure (which is near the corner
of the University Parks, where the cycle route to Marston crosses over
the Cherwell, near Mesopotamia).  Not sure where the best place to
get in would be, depends on how long a swim is required, but there
are plenty of places suitable for getting in, as I recall.
