[cgi-wiki-dev] Test failure - suggestions?

Hello,

You can see a test failure which manifests under some automated build
conditions at

It seems that listening for connections shouldn't be expected to work in
unit tests - does anyone have any smart ideas for other ways to
structure this test[1]?
