2004/06/02 - (0.49) Documentation tweaks, added a default template_path
             of './templates'.  New 'prefs_expire' option to let you decide
             when preferences cookie will expire.

I think there's some of Tom's stuff in there as well - to do with
Algorithm::Merge?  But I didn't see any entry in CHANGES.
