Well, it started out as a forum for technical and management discussion with regards to Internet Service Providers and their attendant services, within the UK. Nowadays, it's pretty much a gaggle of geeks and was-kids discussing the state of the UK Internet Industry, and occasionally wandering back on-topic when something happens which might warrant it. But that's rare.
