You don't, I'm afraid. The Linux driver that Realtek have distributed for this chipset is binary-only, flaky, broken, and probably in violation of the GPL. It is not included in Sisela and I have no plans to add it. If you need to get one of these cards working in a Linux system I hear your best bet is to use the Windows driver with ndiswrapper.
