Modules under red hat
What file does redhat use to load kernel modules on bootup? I couldn't find one in a sensible place with a sensible name. Thanks D __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo! Auctions - buy the things you want at great prices http://auctions.yahoo.com/

do you mean /etc/conf.modules or do you mean something different? Adam -- Adam Bower, <abower@zeus.com> Tel: +44 1223 525000 System Administrator Fax: +44 1223 525100 Zeus Technology Ltd http://www.zeus.com Zeus House, Cowley Road Cambridge CB4 0ZT England
conf.modules is for setting up alias's etc... I mean for actually telling init what to load in the way of modules. ATM I have bodged it by creating a rc.modules and calling it from init.d/networks. Its a cludge but it works. Thanks D --- Adam Bower <abower@zeus.com> wrote:
