Neither, but then I'm not reading the digest version. You might have more luck if you switch your digest to use MIME format instead of "plain". You can do this by visiting the list web page and editing your options.

Dunno. I feel that I'm struggling at just under half that :-/ I think the key is to specialise, which is something that I'm failing spectacularly to do right now.
