JIRA on Ubuntu Server
Hi All Is anyone else running JIRA on ubuntu? I've followed the instructions here: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Setting+up+JIRA+Standalone+and+... but when I reboot the server (to check that JIRA starts with the server) mysql is prevented form starting. Any ideas? -- Thanks Paul Paul Grenyer e: paul.grenyer@gmail.com b: paulgrenyer.blogspot.com t: pjgrenyer

Does MySQL write a log when it fails to start. That log may provide valuable clues as to why it is failing to start. I don't appear to have mysql installed but I'd start the search for that log filer in /var/log. HTH, Steve.
