We are waiting to find out what happened with this month's CD, and until we have, we are reluctant to speculate We are still waiting for the CD masters to be returned so we can see where the error occurred, but at the moment it would appear that it was caused by a duplication error. However, until we get those masters back we cannot say for sure what the cause is. We will of course keep you posted as to any developments, both on these groups and the PCA Web site. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to resolve this situation.
