I don't intend investigating Google Chrome or Fedora, but are any of the others useful, especially as a replacement for Xandros on the Eee?
I would recommend "Jolicloud" or "Crunchbang" on your Eee. If it's the default Xandros install, I found it rubbish and wiped it after probably 1 hour. If you're used to Debian already, get a proper OS on there!!
Joliecloud looks like a browser of sorts rather than a Linux distro, but Crunchbang looks interesting as a basis. Shall download Crunhbang next time I'm near a wap - in the meantime, should I read-up on cloud computing with a view to looking-up Joliecloud? -- Tony Anson www.girolle.co.uk/
