[ALUG] Corporate Mail servers

I'm looking to replace our aging Windows email server at work. I'd prefer to use Linux for it's flexibility and no licensing issues, but looking around there's a bewildering number of packages. Does anyone here run a Linux mail server for their business? What packages did you end up with? Thanks David.
