It's just occurred to me... In days of yore, when Zetnet was still the oldest British independent ISP, and functioning, members - we were members, not custoemrs - had Zetmeets from Shetland to the South Country. The one I usually attended was held in a Travelodge in 'The Runcorn Triangle' (Once in it, you never found your way out). From the earliest days of wifi, AFACIR it just worked.
