I'm listening! :-)
Right, so here goes.
1. Anyone know how to stop Evolution repeatedly asking for password authentication? I tried typing in my passwords. Didn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn't work. Which brings me to my puzzle.
I can't help with this one, I stopped using Evolution **years** ago. It's far tto much of a huge ramshackle structure for my liking.
2. I can, in theory, install Evolution from the Flatpak, but it will not show up in the main menu. I have googled (actually DuckDuckGo) for a workaround and can't make head or tail of the advice.
What desktop are you using? It's that which one needs to know in order to say how to add a program to the menuing system. If you were using xfce4 for example I coud tell you what to do but I guess you're probably using a Gnome desktop. -- Chris Green
