Zip drive

Hi!,
I`m not an IT Wiz.
My IBX260 goes sslow on any Email above a few K.
I also have to unplug it when it gets moody and won`t budge.
Would your Zip drive help?
How would I get the Box to talk to it?
If a no go, do you know a Wiz who knows all the weird ways of the Box?
I thought at current prices, I should suggest some pensioners buy them, but don`t want to drop them "in it" if it`s moods are too weird!
